Victoria Beckam’s Fashion Line Hits Catwalk

Victoria Beckham, also famously known as Posh Spice, launched her fourth collection this week during New York Fashion Week.
The collection is inspired by the unlikely pairing of slick cartoon detective Dick Tracey and dancer Martha Graham.
The dVb show garnered support from seasoned fashionistas and media critics, who have praised the fluidity and draping evident in the 400-line collection.
The designs steered away from monochrome and instead featured jewel-like colors with the occasional nude-colored piece to off-set the bright palette.
‘Posh Spice,’ who is married to international soccer star David Beckham, was famed for her slim body and stylish look but she says her new designs reflect the evolution of her personal style to something more “relaxed” and “slouchy.”
Models were sent down the catwalk wearing the former Spice Girl’s trademark over-sized glasses and skyscraper heels.
It is predicted that Ms. Beckham will showcase one of her key pieces at the Oscars next month.
Despite the critical praise and celebrity endorsements of her clothing, she said, “I’m still learning. I still feel I need to prove myself - all my life I’ve had to prove myself.
“Each season, I have to better myself. I really want to grow as a designer.”
She recently expressed her excitement at the fact that stars including Madonna, Elle McPherson, J-Lo and Heidi Klum have been seen wearing pieces from her collection.
